NEW - APRIL 2021. Additional Matters Order - internet connectivity
The Chancellor of the Diocese of Newcastle has issued an Additional Matters Order under Rule 3.4 of the Faculty Jurisdiction Rules 2015 (and 2019 amendment) on the matter of broadband installations in church buildings. A faculty is no longer required for such installations provided they comply with the terms as laid out in the Additional Matters Order and have been authorised by the Archdeacon.
