St. Hilda's Trust is seeking a Co-Opt Trustee.
A vacancy for a co-optative trustee will arise in autumn 2025 on the Board of St Hilda’s Trust, and the Co-optative Managing Trustees would welcome expressions of interest from licensed clergy in the Diocese to contribute to the interesting and valuable work. Expressions of Interest should be submitted by Friday 30th May 2025 to St Hilda’s Trust Secretary, Mrs Kyrinn Gill by e-mail k.gill@newcastle.anglican.org or by post to St Hilda’s Trust Secretary, Church House, St John’s Terrace, North Shields NE29 6HS.
All meetings are held at Church House 4 times a year in March, June (AGM), September & December to consider applications, usually a Tuesday afternoon. Trustees also visit a selection of projects which have received grants between meetings; each trustee may make 2 or 3 visits a year.

The Trust supports charities and organisations who engage with groups including children, young people, vulnerable adults and families within the geographical boundaries of Newcastle Diocese. The Trust offers grants for charitable purposes and particular consideration is given to projects where there is church involvement or interest.
