Marygate House, Holy Island, is seeking a Deputy Warden.
Do you have a passion for food? Would you love to meet a diversity of people and make preparations to make them feel welcome?
You do? Amazing! We would love for you to share that enthusiasm with us and our wonderful guests.
Main responsibilities would be:
- Welcoming all guests to Marygate.
- Cleaning, making beds, laundry, serving food, washing up, setting tables.
- Preparing and serving high quality of meals for up to fifteen people: breakfast, packed lunch, and evening meals.
In return we offer an opportunity to live and work on this Holy Island of Lindisfarne with staff who enjoy good company and good food.
35 hours per week in a cottage attached to the House (twin bedded room).
