On Saturday 2 July and Sunday 3 July, eight new Deacons and five new Priests were ordained to serve in the Diocese of Newcastle. Bishop Mark ordained those whose services took place at Newcastle Cathedral while the Rt Revd Tony Robinson, Bishop of Wakefield ordained Sion Huges Carew in a separate service which took place at St. Bede's, Newsham.
