The North East needs and deserves and fast and efficient railway system, says the Bishop of Newcastle, the Right Reverend Christine Hardman.
Bishop Christine was speaking today in the House of Lords where she highlighted poor LNER punctuality and called on the Government to say when it plans to invest in ageing infrastructure north of York.
