Newcastle Diocese Mothers' Union is part of an international Christian movement which has been supporting families and communities since 1876. Now, they have four million members working in 84 countries.
Mothers’ Union is a unique charity, which seeks to end poverty and injustice. They help members to recognise skills and resources available to them to overcome challenges in their own local communities and work tirelessly to care for families in need, regardless of faith or background.
Uniting Christians around the world through prayer, worship and service, Mothers’ Union creates safe spaces and works extensively through engaging power-holders, especially government, to address underlying issues and bring about systemic change.
